Reasons for automotive window film with bubbles:

 

✅1.Poor quality of car film. If you use low-quality car film, due to the rough structure of the film, bubbles and wrinkles will appear after being exposed to wind and sun. In addition, low-quality film is easy to degum, and bubbles will also appear after degumming.

 

✅2.There are dust and impurities. If the environment is not dust-free, or the glass surface is not clean, dust and impurities will adhere to the glass when applying the film. After the film is applied, the dust and impurities cannot be covered by the car film, which will cause bubbles.

 

✅3.Improper film application. If the film application personnel are not skilled enough or the temperature control of the baking film is improper, it will also lead to bubbles in the film.

 

✅4.Improper use. Usually, the windows can not be lifted freely within 24 hours after applying the film, and the car glass defogging heating system can not be opened. Otherwise, it will cause the bubbles.

✅5.There is water between film and glass. Most of the car solar film is wet-paste. And when there is water between the car film and the glass, it will cause the bubbles. But it is a normal phenomenon.
